My Nguyen

My (pronounced Me), the Founder of The Confidance, is on a mission to boost confidence and bring fun through daily dance experiences.

Before starting the company in March 2023, My spent nearly three years as a nomad and understood the challenges remote workers face, from loneliness to lacking a supportive community. That's why she began hosting trips for remote workers in 2023.

Originally from Hanoi and having lived abroad for 15 years, My is back to share her favorite local spots—from the best pho stalls to hidden coffee shops. Discover how Vietnamese people celebrate the Lunar New Year, learn to cross the street like a pro, and experience local traditions.

    On weekends, get ready for exciting trips outside of Hanoi.

  • Not at all! Here’s what we’ve got covered: your accommodation, airport pickup, welcome dinner, one weekly community dinner, on-site activities, food tour, walking tour, cooking workshop, and ceramic tour.

    My will be onsite and support you throughout the week.

    The rest of the week is yours to plan however you like!

    However, that's already a lot of things that you can just come, relax, and stress-free!

  • Every participant is handpicked by conducting a personal video call. We look for individuals who are open to change in themselves, share a drive for growth and others, and love to have fun.

  • Of course, highspeed internet and dedicated coworking space are ready. We strive to provide you with the best of both work and life, so you can get the most done while still enjoying Hanoi at best.

  • Your flight, insurance, weekend excursions, breakfast, lunch, and dinners (except for the Wednesday community dinner and welcome dinner)

  • We create intimate and exclusive experiences for our participants by limiting the group size to 8-12 people. This way, our participants can form true connections with one another.

  • We embrace diversity and welcome anyone with a positive attitude, a willingness to connect, and a curious mind.

    Most participants will be digital nomads and remote workers from various fields such as tech, marketing, sales, finance, operations, and product management.

  • We make sure that your experience is seamless and stress-free by taking care of all the bookings and planning.

    To secure your spot, we require a 50% deposit, which will be followed by the remaining 50% 2 weeks before the start of the trip.

    For people who chose 3 month payment plan, you will follow the tailored instruction that you will get in your inbox

  • The minimum stay is one week. We believe that connection and exploration take time. Hence, we would like to ask you to join us for at least a week!

  • Yes, of course! We know that many remote workers want to take time, travel slow, and stay at one place longer than just a week. You're very welcome to stay for 3 weeks. We will make sure you don't want to leave Hanoi by then

  • Due to our commitment with the location, we’re unable to refund the EUR 400 deposit.

    If you cancel at least 30 days before the trip, we’ll refund everything except the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip are non-refundable.

    For those on the 3-month payment plan, the first payment will be retained if you decide to cancel.
