The minimum stay is one week. We believe that connection and exploration take time. Hence, we would like to ask you to join us for at least a week!

Yes, of course! We know that many remote workers want to take time, travel slow, and stay at one place longer than just a week. You're very welcome to stay for 3 weeks. We will make sure you don't want to leave Hanoi by then

Due to our commitment with the location, we’re unable to refund the EUR 400 deposit.

If you cancel at least 30 days before the trip, we’ll refund everything except the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip are non-refundable.

For those on the 3-month payment plan, the first payment will be retained if you decide to cancel.
